Went back to sn to collect my o level cert today. amos woke up at 6.20 to accompany me to sn. Thanks amos! We took three buses to sn and two buses to compasspoint. We traveled for so long that amos said it felt like it was 5pm already. But it was only 9.30am. haha.
Met josh sam at compasspoint and we went to ya kun kaya toast stall for breakfast. It wasn’t as nice as I thought it would be. Josh wanted to buy ice cream but the shop wasn’t open. Then we went to famous amos to get some cookies. Josh wanted to buy 500g cos you’d get 120g free. But the shop wasn’t open yet, there were people inside but the metal grill was still down. Amos went up and started banging the metal grill to ask them what time they would open. Josh and I were like we don’t know him and walked away. Haha.
We had to wait another ten minutes so we went to cold storage to walk around. We wanted to buy a bag of lightly salted chips but decided against it in the end. We bought sushi though. Haha. Then we went to buy cookies! Each of us got about 200g each. Haha. Josh was like wow so many cookies, more than half a kg! haha.
We went to josh’s house and had to walk to a bus stop which was rather far from josh’s house to meet manda. After two 73 buses came, manda was finally on the third one. By then amos josh and I were absolutely dying of heat. It was so hot! We got back to josh’s house and had lunch before starting work. We started at 1pm. Amos and manda did physics first while I taught josh chi. Haha. Woah first time I’m teaching someone chi. We managed to go through two paragraphs and josh learnt his favourite phrase in chi. For those who didn’t know, josh like to say wow so advance! And today he learnt shi fen fa da. haha.
We took a break at about 4pm to eat cookies (josh felt cheated cos he bought ‘premium choice’ but it tasted the same as my no nut choc chip cookies. Haha.), strum josh’s guitar, lift weights, eat chips (josh’s parents bought them for us and it was the same type we almost bought from cold storage) and eat green beans and sweet potato (josh’s mum cooked it for us!). If you haven’t already realized, we were doing a lot of eating today. Haha. Josh’s parents just enjoy feeding us and we weren’t objecting either! Haha. At 4.30 we went back to do our work and at 6 we went to hougang stadium to jog! Wooh we’re so fit.
At this point I must say that I felt super accomplished today. I think all of us did. Cos we managed to complete our physics tutorial 6 and manda and amos even went on to tutorial 5. wooh! We’re gonna do this often during the holidays!
Anw manda and I ran 5 rounds and walked one round. So technically, we did 2.4. haha. Surprisingly, both of us didn’t feel very tired after running and we were trying to figure out our sudden burst of energy. When we went back amos insisted on taking a shower and manda had to leave first.
Amos was being damn lame on the way home. If you read my previous entry you would’ve known that he fell to the ground on purpose when mel hooked his leg with her hockey stick on sunday and rolled for a bit. Spastic. Haha. Then today he revealed that if he didn’t have his bag, he would’ve rolled all the way down the path. And if there was anyone in the way he would stop, greet them mornin’ and continue rolling. HAHA. I just burst out laughing. Damn funny.
Then he was talking to me when he suddenly went OW I bit my tongue. So we started ‘arguing’. I didn’t see how anyone could bite their tongue while talking, you normally did that when you’re eating. So he went fine I was hungry. It took me a few seconds to understand and I practically exploded. HAHAHAHAHA.
Feeling really happy now not only cos I accomplished something today but also cos I’m gonna meet my secondary school friends tmr! Miss them a lot so yeah, really looking forward to tmr! :)

It was eileen’s birthday ytd. Was supposed to meet a few others to go and buy her birthday prez. Serene told us to meet at bugis at 1.30. I reached at 1.15 and called her and she was only outside her house, on her way to meet derrick and Chandra. Wow serene. Haha. Waited until 1.30 then paul and amos showed up and we decided to go for coffee first. We went to starbucks and after a while weiqin and terry showed up. Then finally serene derrick and Chandra came and we began our shopping!
After walking around for a while we found a really nice bag (and mel as well. Haha.). And there was orange on it, eileen’s favourite colour! We still had a lot of time to spare so the girls went to the food court to eat while the guys went shopping.
We met Eileen, manda, josh sam and lijian at kembangan mrt at 4.30 and walked over to eileen’s new house. Even though it was empty, her house was absolutely gorgeous. There is a Jacuzzi. Need I say more? Haha. But the toilets could oversee each other. As in if u’re in the toilet, u can see almost all the other toilets in the other blocks. Haha. Josh sam was like how u shit in peace, everyone will see u!
After about 2 rounds of mahjong, the guys went to play waterpolo while the girls hung around the pool to watch. By this time a few others came, peilian (who was feeling hungry again. Surprise surprise. Haha.), regina, Alicia (who still wasn’t feeling very well. Get well soon twin!), gerry, joey (his hair was sticking out in a really funny way. Haha.) and nic (who was practically dragged into the pool by the guys and Eileen).
After a while the girls went to some sort of playground where there was this thing u could sit and spin around in. But it made you really REALLY dizzy. I was screaming stop and serene just stood there laughing at me. Thanks serene. Haha. But it was fun! Someone was saying we should have one in school. I agree!
The girls went to the bbq pit at 7plus for dinner. The guys were nowhere to be seen. We fond out from gerry later that the guys were in the sauna singing and dancing about in their underwear. Haha!
The girls were playing with joey’s soccer ball and regina kicked it into the pool. There was absolutely no one in the pool and we couldn’t get it back. Then the guys showed up and tried to help us. But the ball refused to move. Soon we were shouting for one of the guys to jump into the pool and retrieve the ball. but no one did! Finally terence got in and got the ball. now all the girls view terence in a new light cos he was the only guy that got into the pool to get the ball for us. wooh thanks terry!
The bbq rocked! Thanks eileen’s parents and relatives for helping us cook the food and cleaning up after us. then everyone started to take photos! It was damn fun, eating, posing and taking photos! Haha.
The girls showed the guys the fun spinning thing and they loved it! Especially josh sam. Haha. But they immediately got up when it stopped and of course they couldn’t walk properly. Haha. Serene was being damn high, laughing at everyone.
At around 9 we went back up to eileen’s house for ice cream and cake! The cake was damn nice! Cheese cake! Yay! We made Eileen hunt for her prez as well. Seriously hope she likes it! And the card as well cos I spend such a long time making it! haha.
At around 10 we started leaving. Gerry amos and I decided to take a cab back. In the end, almost everyone took a cab home. It took us almost 15min to walk out. amos was being damn lame! Mel was trying to hook the guys’ (gerry paul and nic) legs with her hockey stick and make them trip. Then amos was like hook my leg and mel did. Guess what amos did? He fell to the ground and started rolling. On purpose! Mel and I were laughing so darn loudly and hard! amos! LAME! And he was telling me the other day he saw a snail next to a pile of shit and he wanted to place the snail onto the shit but he didn’t dare to pick the snail up. I just exploded. HAHAHAHAHA.
Then at the mrt station nic was ‘conning’ the vending machine. Two for the price of one. Nic did it twice. Cool stuff. But there was like more than ten of us crowding around the vending machine and I suppose that made it look like we were up to no good cos there was this guy who was positively staring at us. so we quickly walked away. Haha.
We didn’t have to wait long for a cab. Amos got on first and I was after him. the way he got in was really funny and I started laughing. Haha. (Oh amos once again had to listen to me whine while we were walking out. thanks amos for always putting up to my whining. Really appreciate it.) anw in the cab gerry and amos were pointing out where the easties live. Nic yisheng shea etc. haha. Then gerry said we should go fishing. I think it’s kinda boring but he said it was good for bonding. Haha. Hey punggolians must study together one day alright?
I was really REALLY happy ytd cos almost the whole class was present (only one person wasn’t there). We’ve only known each other for 2months plus and already we’re so united as a class. Ytd I was just in a state of bliss cos I just felt so fortunate to be in S07 and just seeing the whole class having fun together made me so happy. Haha. i’m just so thankful for such a wonderful bunch of people, I couldn’t possibly ask for a nicer class. I love you S07! :)
